SUPERFOOD SKIN | ANTIPODES.

Now I know I’m a fitness blogger but that certainly doesn’t mean that I’m not always on the hunt for something to leave my skin feeling and looking blemish free and bright. Working in a sweaty environment twenty-four hours a day had left my skin tone looking uneven and blotchy which was why when I was invited for Afternoon tea at The Berkley, Knightsbridge by Antipodes I couldn’t wait to get my butt down to London.

Antipodes is loved by the beautiful Cara Delevigne, Georgia May Jagger and Elle Macpherson and is created in New Zealand where the raw ingredients such as manuka honey, pohutukawa and kowhai are sourced, the process of creation makes Antipodes stand out from the rest as not only are they not tested on animals but they have been scientifically proved to give outstanding results, particularly in anti-ageing.

There is nothing more motivational than a lady who has created her own business and brand from scratch and Elizabeth Barbalich is like no other, she was kind enough to give us all a box of goodies to try. I had already had a sneak of the Jubilation ultra nourishing cream and had fallen in love with my newly softened hands so couldn’t help but grin as she let me sneak it into my box.

The biggest test for me is would ‘I buy it myself’ and the answer is, it’s already on my wishlist, the hero products for me have to be the Grapeseed Butter Cleanser which even my puppy can’t ignore, it perfect for ultra-dry skin as well as most skin conditions get’s full of cacao butter and lavender and leaves my face feeling plumped and clean, next it has to be the Jubilation Cream mentioned previously, it never leaves my side and has transformed my cracked and blistered hands into soft hand-hold-worthy hands. Finally my favourite is the Worship Superfruit Antioxidant Serum which is a big health kick for your skin and is scientifically shown to inhibit oxidative stress in-vitro by up to 90% which helps fortify skin from early ageing, i’ve been using it the past 6 days and actually feel like i’ve lost a couple of frown lines! Have you tried it before or will you be trying it, i’d love to know?
