My name is Michelle and I am a food, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle expert, happy to be mom of two girls. My promise to you is every post on this blog is positive, empowering and entertaining. What you will find here will mostly fall into three categories: food, fun and fitness.
I want to share with you a few stories from people like you, normal men and women, young and old, often with families and children, and full-time desk jobs. These are people that found a way to get in incredible shape while still doing all of the things they love.

From how to exercise more effectively, to the foods that will really help you lose weight, and even making sense of the latest health headlines—this site is about answering your questions. Our mission is to play a crucial role in improving health and happiness, and through that process, create a ripple effect that transforms the world.
Maybe you’re here because you’re overweight and frustrated because you haven’t found success quite yet. Maybe you’re here because your doctor told you that you’re in danger of some serious health issues if you don’t make changes. Maybe you’re here because you just had a kid, and the reality that you being unhealthy could make THEIR lives more difficult just hit you like a ton of bricks. Maybe you just want to wake up, look in the mirror, and feel better about yourself.
