I do have guest posting opportunities for you to contribute to! If you would like to guest post to my site then you can always use the contact form to ask me about them. However, I do have guidelines you must follow so you can have one on my site:

  • All guest posts submitted should be at least 500 words in length
  • All guest posts should be 100% original and not hosted on any other website, blog or publication
  • Facts presented should be true and all opinions must be your own
  • Content should align with current content on Strike it fit. So if it is relevant to health, fitness or healthy living then I want it!

If you want to give me feedback about anything or you have a technical issue with my site, then I am always open to listen to your advice and tips to improve my site. I do try and keep up with my emails so I will be as fast as I can with replying as I do get a lot with emails.
